This series -High Impact Libraries Online - will showcase and explore the various ways school libraries operate to support learning and teaching through online systems and programs and online strategies and tools. Each session will explore a different area of the online school library offering examples of practice and experienced speakers.
Search like a master... tips and tricks for getting the most out of search engine and database searches
In an online world, using a variety of tools to find and evaluate reputable information supports and enriches teaching and learning. This continues to be an important role for libraries of all kinds.
In this HILO session our Deakin University colleagues will explore a range of search strategies using Advanced Google, Google Scholar and Informit to ensure we have the skills we need.
Registrants will receive the recording and a padlet will be created to support the session.
