Are you keen to learn about creating your own vibrant Makerspace? Then this is the event for you!
DATTA Vic and SLAV are collaborating to bring you this hands-on workshop, where we’ll bring Design & Technologies, teachers and Library staff together for a morning of inspiration and upskilling.
SLAV Member, Teacher Librarian and Makerspace expert Roxanne Summer, will be presenting "On setting up a school makerspace", sharing her advice and answering questions.
Hands-on activities include Bridge Building with Michael Gowers, and Makey Makeys with Sid Bagh, and you'll even get some FREE pieces of technology that you can use back in your school Makerspaces.
Further information and bookings for the event are through DATTA Vic. at the following link: https://www.datta.vic.edu.au/event-5756816
